Shipping & Delivery Policy (LeafStack)

Where we ship: LeafStack ships to almost all parts of India.

Shipping Charges: For orders below ₹350, a nominal shipping fee will apply (ranging from ₹39 to ₹59 based on the delivery location). Orders above ₹350 will continue to enjoy free shipping. Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

Processing time: Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours of receipt (business days only; we do not dispatch on Sundays and national holidays).

Typical delivery timelines:

Metro and major cities in North India: 2-4 business days from dispatch.

Other areas: 3-8 business days depending on location and courier network.

For remote or difficult-to-reach locations, delivery may take up to 2 weeks.

Delays: Unforeseen logistics delays (courier strikes, extreme weather, natural disasters, etc.) may extend delivery time. LeafStack is not liable for delays due to reasons beyond our control, but we will proactively communicate and help resolve issues.

Lost / untraceable shipments: If a shipment becomes physically untraceable or is confirmed lost, LeafStack reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

 

Our courier partner will make up to three delivery attempts. If all attempts fail, please contact our support team for assistance with redelivery by mailing to us at support@leafstack.in.

Kindly note that if a redelivery request is not made after the final attempt, any additional courier charges for reshipping will be borne by the customer.
