Return Policy (LeafStack)
Return window: Product must be returned to us within 7 days from the date it was delivered to the customer.
Condition for returns:
To be eligible for a return, the product must be returned in the same condition in which you received it โ unused, with all tags attached, and in original packaging. Please include the courier receipt, invoice and any other papers we provided.
How to initiate a return:
Fill the return request form for the product to be returned in the customer account section with your order ID and appropriate reason for return with the product image wherever required. After we review your request, we will approve or decline the return and send instructions. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label or schedule a reverse pickup via our courier partner where applicable.
Who pays return shipping:
If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, wrong item), LeafStack will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other returns (such as change-of-mind or dislike)ย initiated by the customer,ย a flat โน60 fees will apply to the customer, unless we offer a promotional free return or discount. No additional restocking fees will be charged by LeafStack.
In case of any conflict or argument, our team's decision will prevail and will be final.

Refund Policy (LeafStack)
Once the returned product is received and inspected at the designated return address (either our processing center or the supplier, where applicable), LeafStack will initiate the refund to your original payment method or as store credit (as decided by the customer).
Refund timeline:
We will initiate the refund within 2 business days of completing inspection and approval.
The amount will appear in your account according to your bank/card issuer timelines โ typically within 7โ10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since refund initiation, contact us at support@leafstack.in.
Refund method: Refunds will be made to the original payment method or in the form of store credit. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be made by bank transfer or store credit โ we will confirm the method with you when processing the refund.

Cancellation Policy (LeafStack)
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided the order has not been shipped/processed.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible, but return is still possible as per the Return Policy.
If an order is eligible for cancellation, any payment made will be refunded as per the Refund Policy.

Shipping & Delivery Policy (LeafStack)
Where we ship: LeafStack ships to almost all parts of India.
Processing time: Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24โ48 hours of receipt (business days only; we do not dispatch on Sundays and national holidays).
Typical delivery timelines:
Metro and major cities: 4โ6 business days from dispatch.
Other areas: 5โ11 business days depending on location and courier network.
For remote or difficult-to-reach locations, delivery may take up to 2 weeks.
Delays: Unforeseen logistics delays (courier strikes, extreme weather, natural disasters, etc.) may extend delivery time. LeafStack is not liable for delays due to reasons beyond our control, but we will proactively communicate and help resolve issues.
Lost / untraceable shipments: If a shipment becomes physically untraceable or is confirmed lost, LeafStack reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid.
Shipping charges: Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact support@leafstack.in immediately (preferably within 48 hours) with photos and order ID. We will evaluate and, if approved, will either replace the item or issue a full refund including shipping.
